"Desperado" - The version by Garth Brooks.
Linda Rondstat and The Eagles versions are great too, but the Brooks remake has so much more soul and meaning in the song.
This leads me to ask another question: The Eagles used to play backup for Rondstat. Did she write it first and allow them to make the song even bigger?
