I had to take my first case today. It was pretty cool. We were supposed to do patient history and a general physical examination. There was no supervision so we pretty much were the doctors to the patient. Plus I got to use my stethoscope for the first time! Yeah!
I'm not gonna write the specifics of the examination here (ie - what the case was), but you can find it on the school page.
