Bushisms....

Here are a few funny things about the President. Some you heard before:

5) "There's an old saying in Tennessee - I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee - that says, fool me once, shame on - shame on you. Fool me - you can't get fooled again." -Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2002

4) "I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully." -Saginaw, Mich., Sept. 29, 2000

3) "They misunderestimated me." -Bentonville, Ark., Nov. 6, 2000

2) "Rarely is the questioned asked: Is our children learning?" -Florence, S.C., Jan. 11, 2000

1) "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." -Washington, D.C., Aug. 5, 2004

Different, but equally funny

Happy Birthday to Me!

Woo-hoo! I turn 22 today! But I'm busy studying for an exam! And after that another one!

Anyways, over the past year I'm been having weird feelings that for the past year I haven't been 21, but instead 22 or 23. I seriously often lose track of my age. Even now, as I am writing this, the back of my mind feels as if I should be celebrating 23 or 24. When people ask me my age, its takes me a few seconds to actually remember.
I've come to the conclusion that it could just be because once a person passes the ages of 16, 18, and eventually 21, there really aren't any special birthdays. After 21, you're just getting further away from being 21. Every age is the same after that. Well, of course until you reach the appropriate milestones.

It could also be that time in Manipal crawls so freakin' slowly that I feel like I should be that old....

Bowl Schedule

Bowl Schedule

Wow! This is a good year for for me. Texas, West Virginia, and Ohio State are all in BCS bowls this time. If they had thrown Marshall in there then it would have been all four. Too bad Marshall sucked this year. I was scared for a little while that OSU and WVU were going to play each other.

I am happy to see that OSU reached #4 in the rankings. I guess the season ended up in our favor. The only two team we lost to are occupying two of the three spots ahead of us. That's better than anything else...

Why do we always end up in the Fiesta Bowl? Why does OSU have this attraction for that partictular game? Haven't we been there 2 times in the past 4 years? And this will make it the third? Well regardless, I'm happy to see that we made it to that spot and that I'll be home to see the game.
